Customer Service Associate - Fruit Expert

Customer Service for Edible Arrangements- With opportunities to advance Looking for a job that involves making people happy every day? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative or as we call them, Fruit Experts, to work at multiple locations. Restaurant/Hotel Experience is required. (food certification is a plus) Holidays are a MUST and you will be required to work additional hours and days during our busiest times which include, but limited to; Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Bosses Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will also be required to have your own vehicle as from time to time you may need to make a delivery depending on circumstances and the needs of our guests. Responsibilities include: Answering Phones Making Arrangements (training provided) Handling Cash Dipping Chocolate Dealing with customer satisfaction issues & actively upselling You should be: Detail oriented, a quick learner, Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens, Ability to work alone or in a group setting Responsible, Honest, possess a high level of communication Excited about our product, Articulate, have a good grasp on grammar and spelling Self Starter Manage your time/prioritize Be able to multi-task
