A boutique investment firm located in the Chicago Loop seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and is exceptionally attentive to detail.


Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Oversee complex calendar of the CEO and other key staff members
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and office-wide events
  • Process expense reports
  • Type, copy, scan, and file high-priority documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Greet any visitors in a professional and courteous way
  • Communicate with vendors and consultants
  • Prepare marketing presentations and other client materials
  • Various ad hoc administrative duties as necessary

Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • 5 years of experience supporting executives
  • Advanced proficiency in all MS Office Suites
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team
  • Must be able to meet strict deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
