Customer Service (Phone Care) - Full-time / Part-time

The customer service representative also acknowledges customer complaints, assesses the issues and connects the customer with the appropriate department for resolution. This position will conduct follow-up calls to our customer database to inform them of new services or special offers they may be eligible to receive, as well as maintenance visits owed to our members.
