Job Description * Take in-bound sales calls with the explicit goal of making sales and service appointments * Make out-bound sales calls to \"warm\" leads with the explicit goal of making sales appointments * Make out-bound calls to confirm prospective clients appointments set by others * Make out-bound calls to prospective clients who may have missed their scheduled appointment Job Requirements Minimum 6 months experience in an Automotive BDC or other Call Center Ability to speak and read Spanish Fluently Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships Strong Computer & Phone Skills Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance Team Player
