We are a fast-growing, non-medical home health care company based in Nashville looking to hire a Hiring/Recruiting Coordinator. We've served 5 counties in Middle Tennessee since 2002 and we are looking for another strong leader to add to our team. This position is highly visible and reports directly to the President/GM. There is excellent opportunity for future advancement with outstanding performance.
Job Responsibilities
+ Oversee team member Recruiting/Hiring/Training (CNAs, HHAs, Caregivers)
+ Running all background checks and new hire administration
+ Initial assessment & training of home care staff
+ Developing great relationships with clients and caregivers
+ Assist with staffing all assignments 100% of the time if needed
+ Adhering to licensing requirements
+ Meeting company goals, objectives, and targets
+ On call 1 night per week
+ Sitting with clients as needed
Job Requirements
+ High energy, consistent with our fast-paced environment
+ Strong communicator - who enjoys talking on phone 50% of time
+ Effective and comfortable in working with both clients and caregivers
+ Minimum of one years of management, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus
+ CNA, HHA, or equivalent license is a plus
+ Strong administrative skills, including typing 50+ wpm, computer literate (Word and Excel)
+ Excellent verbal and phone skills
+ Team player that others want to work with
+ Highly reliable and dependable
