Grill Cook

We are looking for a dependable, experienced person to run our grill.

Our delicious hot sandwiches, including a variety of Philly Cheesesteaks, Wraps and Reubens, are very popular with our customers. You must be fast, accurate and shine under pressure. We get a lot of orders in a very short amount of time and it will be your job to make them quickly and accurately.

Base compensation is dependent on experience and tenure. Hourly wages for employees in similar position average between $8 and $12 an hour, which includes tips but tip amounts are not guaranteed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Grill ordered Hot Subs, Cheesesteaks and Wraps to Jersey Mike's Specifications
• Must be Fast & Accurate
• Ability to prepare at least four orders at the same time
• Thrive under pressue
• Keep Grill Station Stocked
• Keep Grill Area Clean

Other Responsiblities:

• Prep Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions
• Trim and Cook our premium Angus Roast Beef
• Prepare the service lines
• Assist in keeping customer area clean
• Assist in keeping service line clean
• Assist in keeping kitchen clean
