Mechanical/ Industrial Assembler

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Mechanical/ Industrial Assembler for an Immediate, Long-Term Opportunity. This individual will be responsible for performing bench work assembly production work in the flow meter department.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting a Shop Traveler to pick components and make assembly kit
• Using basic hand tools such as screw drivers, needle nose pliers, and allen wrenches to assemble meters
• Assembling the frame of the flow meter, inserting gauges, valves, tubes, and O-rings to ensure parts are air tight
• Performing a basic test on finished meter to ensure their are no air leaks
• Wrapping and boxing finished products for the shipping department

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• 6 months experience performing mechanical assembly work
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Shift

• 1st Shift 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed
