This posting is for a full time Coffee Attendant in our hotel Link Cafe. You’re welcoming by nature and have a knack for remembering details. Fundamentals

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, maintaining proper brew times for coffees and assisting with promotional rollouts.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 
• Provide quality beverages, adhering to the drink recipes as described by Starbucks.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for Health Department and independent audits.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

A high school education or equivalent, with cash handling experience is required. This position requires effective written and verbal English communication skills. The ability to answer phones and respond to guest situations is expected. This position requires continuous standing throughout the shift.
