Job Summary:
- Match up packers with invoices and enter into Macola
- Enter general office expenses (ex- power bills, phone bills)
- Maintain files
- Check preparation- pull supporting documentation and cut checks as required
- Reconcile Credit Cards
- Enter Credit Card transactions into Macola
- Cash Receipts entry into Macola
- Other duties as assigned
- Understanding of bookkeeping procedures and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 6 months work history in a related field within the last 12 months
- At least 18 years old and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen
