About this job
Job Duties:
- Sets up Buffet areas and expedite food to the Buffet line from the Kitchen
- Prepare and deliver requested amount of salads to each side.
- Maintain the bread service by lining breadbaskets with napkins, adding bread sticks in each basket and delivering the required amount to right and left side.
- Efficiently close buffet lines properly when directed by taking food back to kitchen, transferring plates to next line.
- Assist cooks when necessary.
- Assure that everything is clean and back in place for the next shift.
- Other duties as assigned
