  • This position is responsible for the coordination and standardized reporting required for the execution of sales programs that support key business measures.
  • Participate in the coordination of activities essential to Sales programs including: vendor contracts, communication, components & compliance.
  • Support team managers with sales initiatives by providing internal and syndicated sales data reporting/analysis utilizing multiple tools (Nielsen/IRI SAP).
  • Maintain and optimize existing programs within the sales organization and advise process improvements.
  • Design and develop standardized sales reporting on key business measures for review by sales management.
  • Implement project plans, identify potential business opportunities, improve efficiencies with a high sense of urgency and with little guidance or direction.
  • Understand basic revenue models, P/L and cost-to-completion projections to recommend decisions accordingly.
  • Communicate program policies and materials; resolve issues and inquiries from Field Sales thoroughly to resolution.
  • Delivers engaging, information, articulate and well-organized presentations or written documentation.
  • Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent

Years of Related Experience: Typically 0-3 years; Advanced Excel experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Computer skills are required and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) including Outlook is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Access is beneficial. Experience and training with processes and systems.
  • Business degree preferred. CPG sales experience is desirable.
  • Desire to learn new systems and technologies required. Project and people management is desirable.
  • Analysis or finance experience preferably in the consumer package good industry.
