Our client in Pleasanton is looking for a skilled and energetic Collections person. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills and good flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, be very detail orientated and organized . Past success with doing collections with a "soft" approach. Experience collecting in the construction industry is a plus!
Summary of Duties:

- Collections on past due accounts
- Answer customer questions regarding any billing or invoice question
- Manage subcontractor relationships, invoices and payments
- Input vendor invoices
- Process expense reports
- Run month end reports
- Keep general ledger in balance
- Keep and generate necessary spreadsheets
- Assist with special projects
- High School Diploma
- Min. 2 years actg. experience
- Resolving customer issues
- MS office
- Motivated self starter player
- Timberline experience prefered
