Production Associate - Greenville, SC - Full-time / Part-time

Growing Manufacturing Company seeking motivated individuals in the Greenville, SC area.

• Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts 4-5 days per week on the production floor.
• The job includes 4 day minimum work weeks.
  • One additional overtime (12hr) shift is available per week.
• Positions are for a local bakery.
  • Associate positions may change daily to improve cross training and team work.
  • Positions are assigned daily as needed for:
    • Scalers
    • Mixers
    • Depositor Operators
    • De-panning, Oven Operators
    • Packing Line Operators
    • Palletizers
    • Line Assistants

The goal is to fully train each production team member to be able to work interchangeably in all production departments.

DESIREABLE SKILLS:

• Some positions require more reading and math skills than other positions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to be an effective member of a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize work and make informed decisions.
  • NOTE: Should be able to successfully cross-train in Product Make-up and Packing.

Required:

• A good attitude
• Availability to work 12 hour shifts 4-5 days per week. (6:00 am - 6:00 pm; 6:00 pm - 6:00 am)

• Must be able to lift 25lbs, some positions require the ability to lift 50lbs
• Must be available for overtime and weekends
