Equipment Operator - Year Round - Beaver Creek Resort - Full-time / Part-time

The equipment operator will assist with the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the village area at the Arrowhead area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor areas, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and maintaining equipment.
• Responsible for operating plow trucks, front end loader, Tool Cat, and an ATV.
• Responsible for working in a safe and precise manner while operating equipment and maintaining the village.
• This position requires working four ten hour shifts including Sundays during the winter.

Requirements:

• Must have current valid drivers license
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to follow oral and written direction

Preferred skills:

• Previous experience operating equipment such as skid steer, fork lift, Tool Cat and front end loader
• Previous experience in landscape, grounds maintenance and snow plowing
• Wroking knowledge of and the ability to properly hand and power tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self motivation skills
• Must possess a strong work ethic and williness to learn.
