1st shift 7am-3:30pm
2nd shift 3pm-11pm
3rd shift 11pm-7am
pay starts at $14.00/hr and includes health and wellness benefits
This is a temporary assignment!
required for the position:
- 6 months recent customer service/call center experience
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- flexible schedule to work 40 hours
Job Duties:
Under direct supervision, performs skilled and/or customer service and administrative support functions for project office contracted with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Candidate will answer calls from victims of natural disasters during peak disaster activity. Candidates will be tasked with completing initial registration and intake information.
* Review expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company and applicable government policies.
* Ensure all proper documentation accompanies expense report submittals.
* Perform data entry into custom web built application.
* Provide tasking and general assistance on basic time sheet questions from deployed employees.
* Operates office machines such as photocopiers, fax, and personal computer.
* Organizes, scans, and files department records
* Other duties as assigned.
