About this job

We are seeking a professional, reliable, enthusiastic Event Staff Member to assist with create a promotional "buzz" at our local events. In this role, you will serve as the face and voice of our company and client, build brand recognition, and successfully promote our products. You will communicate and engage with customers in meaningful ways to increase our brand awareness and generate new sales and marketing opportunities for future events.

Our ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In additions to that, the candidate must possess an energetic, assertive personality that really drives the brand's core values. Great Event Staff Members should also have the capability and proficiency in developing strong professional relationships with the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our client’s products and services; fully inform potential customers

  • Work trade shows as a spokesperson for our company

  • Provide utmost customer service with extensive knowledge with our client’s products or services

  • Handout promotional materials and assist in the setup and breakdown of local events

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role is a plus but not required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people

  • Portray a high level of professionalism while dealing with customers
