This candidate will be working for a stand up company that is safety conscious, very clean, has a great work environment, and the nicest people. And the offer overtime!!
POSITION SUMMARY: Maintenance
Specific Duties:
*Painting
*Changing light bulbs
*Light mechanical work
*Cleaning
Hours: Monday-Friday, either 7:00AM-3:00PM or 8:00AM-4:00PM
The pay rate for this position is $16/hr
**Right now this is a long term temporary position that will last 6+ months. There is potential for the position to go permanent, but it's not for sure.
Requirements:
* Maintenance experience that could include apartment maintenance
* Must be mechanically inclined and show experience working with a variety of tools
* Must have high school education or GED
