Job Description:
My client, a medical collections agency, is looking for 5 Collections Agents to get them through their busy season. This is a part time, temporary assignment that will last 6 months to 1 year. The hourly pay rate is $15/hr.
Duties include:
-High volume outbound calls
-Collecting on overdue debts
-Utilizing customer service skills to speak with customers in a friendly manner
Working hours: 24 hours/wk
