E-2D Test Pilot 5 Supporting Japan Testing

Participate in E-2D vehicle and system ground and flight tests to support a new international export variant of the E-2D aircraft in Melbourne, FL. Support E-2 production, Aerial Refueling Experimental Flight Test, FMS sales, FMS in-country training, and customer support. Support engineering, systems safety, and the E-2 program with development of systems and vehicle test plans, procedures, and test cards. Provide NATOPS manual inputs and conduct E-2 aircrew training. Extensive domestic and international travel required.
Basic Qualifications:

• Current or former US Navy E-2 pilot with NATOPS Qualification
• Aviation curriculum development experience required
• Test Pilot School graduate required
• Must have a minimum of 3000 hours total time and 1500 hrs first pilot in any military aircraft
• Minimum 2,000 hours experience in E-2/C-2 required
• Carrier suitability test experience required
• NP2000/427 propulsion system experience required
• Must be able to pass FAA Class II physical as a condition of employment
• Able to work in both external and internal environmental conditions
• Ability to identify sequence of operations or action to be taken
• Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplishing them simultaneously
• Active Top Secret Clearance with the last investigation in the past 6-years
