About this job

A firm in Redmond is looking to hire an exceptional customer service representative!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to approximately 50 customer phone calls and about 20 customer emails per day.
  • The calls and emails will vary in nature from product inquires, pricing requests, order status and related.
  • Call duration will also vary from short questions, to more in-depth and longer calls should customer have equipment malfunctions that they need assistance with.
  • May be asked to cover for the Front Desk / Receptionist during lunch break

Additional Information:

  • Training will be provided to help answer standard customer questions.
  • The shift is 7:30am.- 4:30pm.
