IT Technical Support

Hiring an entry level IT intern to interview at a start-up in downtown Austin that handles National Park WIFI.

Duties:

- Provide first level support and troubleshooting for internal team members systems

- Setup technology for employee on boarding and off boarding

- oversee day to day function and verification of backup processes

- Document internal processes and equipment records

Qualifications:

-Pursuing career in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)

-Bachelors degree in IT or technology

- 1+ year experience working in a fast paced support environment

-Outgoing personality
