Job summary:

Our client in Leetsdale is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to serve the customer by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, in a prompt, efficient and accurate manner.

Hours & pay rate:

• M-F 8-5p

• $13/hr.

Typical duties may include:

• Review customer orders as received to determine price and discount, part number, description, terms of sale, F. O. B and availability of materials.

• Enter orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.

• Knowledge of system regarding availability of items or components required for accurate scheduling at time of order entry.

• Interaction with internal and external customers.

• Process return of goods requests, including assigning of RGA (Return Goods Authorization).

• Entry of repair or credit orders, advising estimates of repairs as required, following up with manufacturing personnel and customers.

• Have thorough knowledge of Customer Service concepts, policies and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as necessary.

Working hours: M-F 8-5

Skills:

Qualifications:

--High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

--One year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

--Excellent knowledge of ERP software, SAP experience is a plus.

--Two + years' experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

--Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
