IT Service Administrator (CS2) - Full-time / Part-time

IT Service Administrator. Our Des Moines, IA client is in need of an IT Service Administrator to fill a contract role. This position is on the ID Administration team.
Qualifications:

• Experience with User Account Management in Microsoft Active Directory/Group Policy, and Exchange.
• Knowledge and understanding of the LDAP standard protocol.

Soft Skills:

• Good oral and written communication
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and identify the root cause of the problem
