Elder Care Provider Wanted - First Time Elder Care Position Needed!

We are looking to hire someone to care for our mother at her home in Grand Rapids. She lives independently in a retirement facility which provides only 3 meals per week. Mom is 85 with the onset of dementia. We, and the housing management, are beginning to be concerned for her without a bit more accountability. We would like to begin with someone visiting several times per week for a couple hours to assist with basic needs. Has she eaten. Does she have fresh food available? Has she taken her medicine? Basic cleaning. Mental skills / Games??? Our goal is to have her stay in her own place as long as she is comfortable. She is happy and safe there. Do you have experience with Dementia?
