Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

This is a contract assignment that is targeted to go through the end of January. Polaris is seeing and increase in phone calls, emails, and chat inquires regarding their products and they are looking for help through the holiday season.

JOB DUTIES

Provide customer service directly to Dealerships, Technical Representatives, and Consumers

Take 10-20 inbound calls daily

Manage email inquiries regarding parts, billing, products, warranties, and promotions

Follow up via email and phone regarding all customer requests

Use internal systems to look up previous customer profile and past requests
