Hogan Dedicated Services is in search of a Fleet Manager with Transportation and Dispatch experience.
Position Responsibilities, Requirements & Benefits Include
- Responsible for Leading and Dispatching a Regional Fleet with a Dedicated Account.
- Transportation Background with Truckload Experience.
- Minimum of five years Transportation Experience
- Dispatch, Route, and Scheduling Experience in Fast Paced Environment.
- Knowledgeable of TMW Direct Route or Routing Software a plus.
- Must be Computer Literate and Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to effectively interface with Customer contacts at all levels.
- Safety Experience as well as D.O.T. knowledge a Must.
- Must be an Experienced, Self-Starting Professional
- Strong Leadership Qualities Including Solid Communication Skills.
- Able to Project Manage and Multi-Task Account Details.
