Shift Engineer - PM

Responsibilities: Preventive and ongoing maintenance of all equipment, systems and building components, including, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, locks, furniture, paint, wall coverings, tile and other equipment.

 

Qualifications Required: Must have basic working knowledge in the following areas:*General plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical systems, bathroom fixtures and tiling painting -prep to finish, basic carpentry, grounds keeping* Must have ability to communicate effectively and courteously with employees, guests and contractors.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in equal or similar position. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Must have HVAC experience along with Kitchen equipment.
