About this job

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer's telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries regarding their new online platform for banking.
  • Question include log in details, resetting passwords, helping navigate through the new web portal.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience ( administrative, call center, insurance, banking, retail, restaurant)
  • Strong computer skills (40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens and 3 computer programs)
  • Ability to multi-task and very detail oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Hours:

  • 8am-5pm
  • 9am-6pm
  • 10am-7pm
  • 1pm-10pm
