About this job
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer's telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries regarding their new online platform for banking.
- Question include log in details, resetting passwords, helping navigate through the new web portal.
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience ( administrative, call center, insurance, banking, retail, restaurant)
- Strong computer skills (40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens and 3 computer programs)
- Ability to multi-task and very detail oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours:
- 8am-5pm
- 9am-6pm
- 10am-7pm
- 1pm-10pm
