- To manage a retail tire and service store, including overall operations.
- Ensure adequate staffing, recruiting, associate retention and discipline.
- Ensure that tire unit sales, automobile service sales, customer retention and operating profit opportunities are maximized annually.
- Store Manager will handle sales to customer and facilitating sales associates in closing sales with customers
