Basic Qualifications
- Understanding of traditional finance cycle (5YP, AOP, Forecast, etc.)
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately while working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Demonstrate strong analytic skills and abilities including experience with strategic management and financial analysis tools
- Ability to compose concise documentation of complex issues, supported by detailed analysis and identifying creative solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency in pro forma development, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling
- Effective organizational skills with minimal guidance, as well as continuous improvement skills

Partner with the Marketing disciplines clients to manage the financial business planning processes, including Five Year Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Capital Plan, monthly forecasts, and headcount planning. Provide strategic and financial support on key financial/company initiatives. Report, analyze and improve business results and partner to address financial and strategic opportunities. Partner with other organizations across the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, including Finance, Revenue Management, etc. Provide clients with ongoing analytical, financial, and strategic recommendations and guidance. Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and make recommendations to improve and automate current processes.
