Job Description
Bull City Burger and Brewery is seeking a Bread Baker to make our buns fresh daily. We make everything from scratch including our burger and hotdog buns.
Located in downtown Durham, just north of DPAC and the Durham Bulls Ballpark. This is a professional baking position and does require experience in working with dough and bread.
Responsibilities at Bull City Burger and Brewery include, but are not limited to:
- bun baking
- pound cakes
- soft pretzels
- dog biscuit treats from our spent brewing grain
- dessert making
- special event production
- must be able to lift 50 lbs
Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 6 AM to 2 PM-ish
