About this job
We are looking for skilled individuals with welding history! The client asks for candidate with rail-welding specific experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2-5+ years experience working in a metal fabrication or custom metal welding with MIG/TIG
- Ability to read blueprints and familiar with reading measurements
- Experience working with other shop equipment including saws, grinders, sanders, drilling
- Fabrication of railings, stairways and miscellaneous metalwork
Position Requires the following:
- Primary materials used, but not limited to, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum
- Fabrication procedures include: band saw, iron worker, grinding
- Grinding, polishing
- Cleaning finished fabrications
- Drilling and milling
- Assisting with installers on customer installations
