CREW

This has been provided to give the candidate an overview of the duties and requirements for the position of Crew Member.  Crew Members must have the ability to work a variety of positions once trained. Positions may include:•        Runner/Line Coordinator•        Order Taker/Dining Room•        Grill•        Deep Fryer•        Sandwiches•        Drinks•        RegisterIn addition to the position accountabilities, additional responsibilities may include one of the following:•        Open Responsibilities – salad preparations, pulling product from freezer, clean and sanitize, empty trash•        Pre-Close Responsibilities – cleaning and stocking•        Closing Responsibilities – cleaning grill, vacuuming, washing dishesTo perform this job successfully, positions require the following:•        Long periods of standing without a break•        Ability to reach four feet in height and four feet in depth•        Ability to move up to fifty pounds (lift, carry, and/or push)•        Ability to use both hands for chopping vegetables•        Mobility (reaching, bending, and lifting)The factors listed below are used to evaluate Crew Member performance:•        Guest Relations•        Quality•        Service•        Cleanliness•        Position Skills/Productivity•        Safety/Security•        Attendance•        Appearance•        Teamwork
