Soldering Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

3-5 Must Haves:

-Soldering experience
-IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD preferred for soldering certs
-Experience with PC Boards
-Ability to perform sub-assembly work

This person will be working on the different boards performing soldering and sub-assembly work. The components are extremely small, and the boards will vary between complexities.

Building of electronic and Mechanical assemblies


*Reworking of assemblies per Action Plans, NC's, etc
*Coating of printed circuit boards
*Working with Manufacturing Engineering on new product development programs
*Maintaining a high level of quality workmanship
*Adhere to production schedules and workloads
*Informing next level of management of any problems relating to work in process
*Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area
Experience installing and removing SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
*Ability to read assembly drawing and Bills of Materials
*Ability to solder to specified standards
*Ability to read electronic component part numbers
*Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics and procedures
*Certified to IPC-A-610
