About this job

Our soon-to-open cafe is seeking a Cafe Manager with a demonstrated ability to lead our team in service. Responsibilities include hiring and training of service staff and providing world-class internal and external customer service to guests while taking great care of the equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years management experience in hospitality industry preferred
  • ServSafe Manager Certified, Food Handlers card
  • Barista experience or certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and lead staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Polished, professional and energetic approach to floor management
  • Korean language skills preferred

Salary negotiable depending on experience
