Our client, a reputable and growing firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join their team.
Location: near Farmingdale, NY

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Project design and development tasks, including drawings, calculations, cost estimates, and specifications related specifically to public and commercial building types
- Design of electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting and fire alarm
- Project coordination with other engineering and architecture departments
- Building and maintaining client relations with open communication and follow-up
- Attend Project meetings, reviewing contractor submissions and providing clarifications when required
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
- 5+ years of experience with a consulting engineering firm designing power, distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Easy Power
- EIT, PE preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
