PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Prep Cook Position 
Prepare Salads, Entree and Desserts to specifications 
Prep Vegetables and Butcher Meats 
Follow Food Safety Principles 
Rotate Inventory 
Maintain Organized and Clean Work Stations 
All kitchen staff are expected to cross train and rotate through all workstations; including Line, Salad, Dessert, Prep, Expo and Dish Stations 

Requirements

 Ability to continuously stand or walk.
 Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. 
 Stay abreast of established safety practices and hazardous materials awareness.
 Maintain acceptable appearance and conduct standards.
