Job Description
Acadian Millwork & Supply is currently seeking a Production Floor Manager. Duties will include supervising and managing multi-faceted manufacturing operations, production scheduling, a shipping department, a receiving department, warehouse staffing/management and safety compliance.
The Production Floor Manager will oversee all department heads for the entire manufacturing facility.
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management and warehouse operation/supervision a must.
- Qualified applicants must be organized, personable, motivated and have a fierce work ethic.
- The ability to think clearly and move decisively when solving complex problems in a fast moving market will ultimately determine the success of the applicant.
- Compensation and benefits will be determined based on experience and interview.
