The Team Leader motivates, inspires and coaches hairstylists, estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians to be successful artists and teammates. They coordinate the activities of all technical and hourly staff, such as operations, sales, performance, hospitality, and business organization. Team Leaders are responsible for growing the business by growing individual service providers and artists through cheerleading, accountability, coaching and development. Team Leaders are also responsible for the hospitality and guest satisfaction as well as guest recovery. Team Leaders are responsible for the overall business well being, the retention of guests as well as the retention of our service providers.

This position is part of our Leadership in Training where we help teach you not only our culture, but our way of leaving creative driven teammates. Ultimately this position has room for growth not only in responsibility and compensation, but in personal reward and leadership growth.
