Description:

Seeking an Industrial Fabrics Manager with experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment with working knowledge of weaving constructions and patterns.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to manage plant projects for efficiency/ productivity improvements.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment for nonconformance.
• Ability to understand and follow the requirements of applicable work instructions and/or internal specifications.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices and working within regulated industries
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to get along well with others and work in a team environment
• Ability to properly complete paperwork as required according to work instructions, standards or other specifications.
• Excellent dependability and reliability
• Organized and detail oriented
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational disposition
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with various levels of the organization
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office for email
• Willingness to accept change, learn, and work with new processes

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent relevant work experience

Work Experience:

• At least 2-4 years of related hands on experience in a manufacturing/industrial engineering role or equivalent design engineering experience with a direct manufacturing support role.
