Job Duties:
- Provide sales and service support to all customers
- Answer phones and direct to appropriate person
- Qualify customers to determine appropriate solutions/products
- Generate sales and service quotes for customers
- Order entry to include clarification of all necessary details
- Data entry of customer returns
- Other duties to support office as assigned
- Bi-lingual English & Spanish
- Associates Degree in Business or Science related field
- 5 years experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
