General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Freebirds World Burrito is an Austin, TX based fast-casual restaurant brand featuring fresh ingredients. We're seeking energetic and motivated General Managers to foster our unique, fun-loving environment. Must have a proven track record of getting results by utilizing the strengths of their team. Successful candidates will have a history of growing same store sales and driving initiatives, such as; catering, third party delivery, local restaurant marketing efforts, and sales contests!

Day in the life of our General Managers: 
•	Hands-on, high caliber leadership during daily operations 
•	Oversee training programs to maintain the highest quality food and service 
•	Completion of restaurant checklists
•	Hiring and scheduling
•	Inventory control and ordering 
•	Manages financials and payroll 
•	Local marketing and community involvement

Do you have what it takes? 
•	2-5 years of restaurant management experience from a high-volume restaurant concept 
•	Food Safety Manager Certification 
•	Must have valid state driver’s license and insurance 
•	Must be able to lift 50 pounds 
•	Excellent communication skills 
•	High energy and top performer 
•	Problem solver and proactive thinker 
•	Strong passion for coaching and developing a team
