As a Technical Support Intern, you will be involved in a wide range of support and training activities. You will interact with different groups on projects related to software testing, quality control, eLearning, training, and technical support.
You will receive hands-on training to become proficient in SOLIDWORKS. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to earn either a Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional certification or Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert certification.
This is a full time, 40 hours per week, paid summer internship, from May - August 2020. It is based in Dassault Systèmes' North American Headquarters at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts.

What will your role be?
Testing software across the SOLIDWORKS product line
Engaging with customers testing the SOLIDWORKS beta release
Maintaining the Knowledge base (KB) by reviewing written works
Managing organizational activities related to an on premise 100+ attendee workshop
Conducting eLearning quality control and project management
Attending training courses, acquiring proficiency in SOLIDWORKS software
Learning how interact professionally with our technical customers
Learning how to write an instructional email to a technical customer
Your Challenges ahead
Learn and demonstrate competency in software testing, quality control, eLearning, training, and technical support.
Your key success factors
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree program for the duration of the internship
Possessing a minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
Working onsite in the Waltham office for the duration of the internship
Exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Possessing fluency in English, both orally and in writing
Demonstrating a polished, professional demeanor when interacting with peers, colleagues and customers.
