The Full Compass Customer Service Department is looking to add outgoing and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Professionals to its Customer Service team. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service; account management; maintaining a high level of product knowledge in all areas of the industry; and developing long term customer relationships with customers. Requirements include:
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent telecommunication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Basic product knowledge in Professional Audio, Video, A/V, Lighting and Musical Instruments
