The Role

As Sales Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include generating quotes and processing orders for our outside sales teams and coordinating with both our domestic and international sales associates. Organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Each sale is unique to our customers and we are looking for an associate to support those expectations. Having a positive and motivated attitude will take you far in this position. Time management and outside of the box thinking are crucial in supporting our team and providing our customer with the best experience possible. Training and understanding of the product lines will be provided, to ensure you are successful in your new role.

What You'll Do

  • Process quote requests from sales associates
  • Guide contracts from processing to order release
  • Provide clerical support to sales department regarding order process and product deliverable dates
  • Develop MLSA contracts for customers
  • Participation with the quote to invoice process
  • Regular communication with sales team and cross department staff

Who You Are

  • 1-4 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Associates degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook
  • Familiarity with accounting
  • Familiarity with Contact Manager, DocuSign, Onbase, Order Entry or similar programs
  • Experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient level in multi-tasking tasks at one time
  • Attention to detail in running processes
  • Skilled communicator, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional decision-making and problem- solving skills
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
