  1. Locate and monitor overdue accounts.


  1. Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail or telephone.


  1. Confer with customers by telephone about their accounts


  1. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.


  1. Persuade customers to pay amounts due or make arrangements for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules that the firm requires.


  1. Persuade customer to pay taxes amounts by using methods that are available to the


collectors.(check by phone, E-Payment (Credit Card or E-Check)

  1. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, talking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.


  1. Talking to others to convey information effectively.


  1. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.


  1. Managing one’s own time and the time of other.


  1. Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.


  1. Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.


  1. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making


  1. Bilingual a plus.


  1. Principals and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
