Catering Marketing Coordinator

Griffin & Barnesville GA 

• Canvas the assigned territory for potential catering clients.
• Make 150 or more catering sales calls per week total, including 50 new contacts.  Log leads and all communication in client management software including, thank you letters, phone calls and emails.
• Provide your contact information to all of your clients so they can place orders with you.
• Keep a copy of all of your orders for your records and submit at the end of each period for your commission.
• Coordinate or deliver catering orders to customers.
• Follow up with and maintain a relationship with all current customers. You should call on them biweekly.
• Creatively use means necessary to secure new customers, including free menu samples with management approval.
• Help grow text massage database by signing up new recipients.
• Schedule and coordinate spirit night fundraisers and analyze performance.
• Be willing to help out in the store as needed or any other activities that may be requested.

Requirements:

• Have morning and early afternoon availability.  Might require some weekends. 
• Must have own vehicle and clean driving record.
• Ideal position for a working parent with school age children.
• Must live no further than a 40 minute drive from either Barnesville or Griffin GA.
