AtWork is seeking seasoned HR Director for our client in Folsom area.
The Human Resources Manager will direct all functions of the Human Resources department and supervise the Human Resources staff as well as the Client Management Team. Develops HR strategies and policies, recruitment, organizational planning and management, employee relations, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits, and safety and health.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
- Specialized training in organizational planning, compensation, and preventive labor relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SPHR, PHR certification is a plus
