Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Credit Cards and Bank Statements
- Reconcile Member Credit Card Payments
- Transfer P/R and DB's
- Enter Credit Card Receipts
- Enter Employee working assessments
- Process and report trial board payments
- Prepare weekly deposits
- Mail, copy, scan weekly check runs
- Weekly Lost time and reimbursements
- Maintain monthly financial binders
- Compile and prepare monthly financial statements for Executive Board
- Track Fixed Assets and Depreciation
- File/Pay taxes monthly MI withholding report
- Quarterly 940, 941's, MI UIA returns
- Annual W-2's, W-3's 1099's etc
- Annual LM-2 Reports (876 & MSC)
- Annual Property Tax Returns
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks Desktop experience required
- Union/Non-Union experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
