A/C Maintenance Technician - Full-time

1st Lake Properties would like to add experienced and reliable AC Maintenance Technicians to our team of apartment maintenance professionals.

What you will do: 

By providing friendly, courteous and expedient resident service, you will play an integral part in resident satisfaction and retention. 

• Respond to resident maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Aid in inventory control and record keeping

What we need: 

• HVAC certification (EPA certification)
• Familiarity with repairing electrical, plumbing and appliances
• Superb resident communication skills and an ability to get the job done
• Great people skills that shine in a team environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
